Larry Shive is a Senior Fellow at MEMC Electronic Materials, where they have worked since 1977. Currently, they focus on corporate R&D in wafer cleaning, while their past work includes high temperature processing of silicon, defect reduction in epitaxial silicon, and applications engineering. Larry has also contributed to infrared and photoluminescence analysis of silicon during their extensive tenure.
