Dejan Kovacic

Dejan Kovacic possesses extensive aviation experience, currently serving as an Airline Captain for B737NG/MAX at SunExpress since July 2013. Prior to this role, Dejan was an Airline Captain for CRJ200/900 at Adria Airways from August 2009 to July 2013, and from 2004 to 2009, served as a First Officer on CRJ100/200/900 at the same airline. Dejan’s aviation career began in the military as a Military Pilot with the Slovenian Armed Forces from 2002 to 2004. Dejan holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from the University of Ljubljana and has obtained a B737NG Type Rating from the Boeing Training Center in 2013. Additional educational accomplishments include training at Adria Airways FTO and Bombardier Aerospace, complemented by military officer training. Dejan completed high school with a focus on Physics and Mathematics.
