Ferdi Türkmen is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service assurance and project management. Currently serving as an IT Service Assurance Senior Specialist at SunExpress since April 2022, Ferdi has previously held senior roles at KoçSistem and Vodafone, where significant contributions included conducting end-to-end IT transition management for enterprise clients, leading process automation that saved substantial man-hours, and managing teams for IT migration support services.
