Özden Alp

Özden Alp graduated from Dokuz Eylul University with a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations and a Master's degree in Labor Law and Social Security Law. They have been working at SunExpress since 2006, with over 18 years of experience that includes roles in sales and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner, Özden focuses on employee engagement, organizational development, and recruitment, while specializing in Labor Law. Passionate about art and living in İzmir/Karsiyaka, Özden also holds various certifications related to strategic HR and project leadership.
