Cami Lichocki

Cami Lichocki, PMP, is an accomplished Program and Project Management leader with over a decade of experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of PMO and Integration at CompuGroup Medical, Cami leads a team of seven Project Managers while managing key strategic initiatives and merger and acquisition activities. Previously, Cami held various roles at eMDs, including Director of Product and Program Management, where they successfully streamlined processes and improved operational efficiency. Cami's expertise spans crisis management, enterprise software, and client relationships, consistently driving organizational growth and success. Cami is pursuing coursework towards a study of Fine Arts at Kilgore College.
