Benjamin Alfonso

Benjamin Alfonso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and program coordination. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Account Lead at SunFish DataOn Philippines Inc. since February 2022, Benjamin previously held the role of Program Coordinator at Pontoon Solutions, where responsibilities included managing vendor onboarding processes and maintaining stakeholder relationships. With prior roles in customer service leadership at ECE Consulting Group and learning and development at Whitehall Consulting, Benjamin has developed strong skills in team management, training, and operational performance monitoring. Additional experience includes positions as a Budget Specialist and Liaison Staff in the real estate sector, as well as a brief tenure as an HR Assistant. Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
