Eric Spence

Eric Spence is currently the VP, Operational Risk Program Manager at Sunflower Bank, where they focus on developing and implementing key operational risk management programs. With a decade of experience in private banking and risk management, Eric previously held roles at several institutions, including AVP positions at City National Bank and Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach. They have a strong background in banking and sales, demonstrated by their success as a Store Manager and Inbound Sales Banker at Connect Wireless and U.S. Bank, respectively. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Administration from Portland State University and an MBA from the University of Arizona.
