I have 15+ years of experience working as a PA for large corporate companies which led me to launching Sunflower Virtual Assistant, "Helping your business bloom” in October 2021.
One of my main drives for starting up my own VA business was seeing a number of my friends who run their own small businesses struggling with answering emails and replying to customers. They were telling me how they were losing business because they couldn't get back to customers quick enough. 
And how they got into working for themselves to do the parts they love, not the admin that is now holding them back.
