Daphne Adam

Daphne Adam has worked in a variety of roles over the past 15 years. Daphne began their career in 2004 as an Undergraduate Reader and Facilitator for the International and Area Studies Department at UC Berkeley. In 2005, they became an Academic Advisor for the same department on an interim basis. In 2007, they joined Posit Science as a Customer Support and Learning Services Specialist. In 2010, they joined Partners In Health as Co-Manager of the Expansion of Microcredit Component, and later as Occupational Training Component Coordinator. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Accion Opportunity Fund as Director of Administration and Evaluation, Principal Manager of Development and Operations, Manager of Development, and Consultant. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been Chief of Staff at Sunfolding, where they are responsible for people development, culture, safety, IT, insurance strategy, compliance, business administration, IP administration, legal matters, special strategic initiatives and grant management.

Daphne Adam completed a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2005. Daphne then went on to earn a Master of Public Health - MPH from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in 2009.
