Alan Li

Alan Li has a long and varied work experience. Alan began their career in 2010 as a Technical employee at GroupCall Limited, a telecommunications company co-founded by Sir Bob Geldof. In 2011, they became an Elite Service Delivery Analyst at the Rugby Football Union, providing direct Premium 1st line technical support to the England Elite Rugby Team. Later in 2011, they joined Sky as a Tech Elevated Services and Elevated Service and Support (eSAS) Engineer, providing direct VIP service delivery to Leadership teams, C-Level and Executives at Sky Studios in London. In 2018, they joined Tesco as an Executive and VIP Services employee, where they were responsible for Executive level and Director Incident and Problem management, as well as formulating and executing process and workflow strategies. In 2019, they became a Brand Ambassador for Suunto, engaging with the sports community through Social Media and Face to Face. In 2020, they joined premax.co as a Brand Ambassador. In 2021, they became a Brand Representative for NoblePro, a company that provides treadmills for runners. Finally, in 2022, they became a Brand Ambassador for SunGod and Runderwear\u2122.

Alan Li has a BSc in Business Computing Systems from City, University of London, which they obtained between 1996 and 2000. Alan has also completed certifications from England Athletics, EduCare Learning Ltd., QA Ltd., DevOpsInstitute, AXELOS Global Best Practice, Microsoft, Apple, and APMG-International. Alan obtained the Coaching in Running Fitness and Safeguarding in Athletics - Level 2 certifications from England Athletics in February 2020. Alan obtained the Stepping Up To Management certification from QA Ltd. in February 2020. Alan obtained the Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM) v1.0 certification from DevOpsInstitute in January 2020. Alan obtained the Leadership in Running Fitness certification from England Athletics in April 2018. Alan obtained the ITIL® Intermediate certificate in IT Service Operation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2016. Alan obtained the 70-867: Configuring Windows 8.1 MCP certification from Microsoft in April 2014. Alan obtained the Apple Mountain Lion Support Essentials 10.8 ASCP certification from Apple in December 2013. Alan obtained the ITIL Foundation V3 certification from APMG-International in December 2010. Alan obtained the PRINCE2 PRACTITIONER certification from APMG-International in July 2010.
