Elsa Dominguez

Elsa Dominguez, SPHR, is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Sunkist Growers. Prior to this, Elsa held positions such as Human Resources Director at 4over, Inc., Regional Human Resources Manager at Newark Pacific Paperboard, and Business/HR Coordinator at Mary Immaculate Church. Beginning their career in the U.S. Army as a Human Resources Sergeant, Elsa has gained extensive experience in various HR roles. Elsa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from CBTis 117 in Cuauhtemoc, Chihuahua, Mexico.
