Ms. Lu Lu has served as Chief Strategy Officer since July 2015. Prior to joining, Ms. Lu served as a partner at Taihe Capital, a leading boutique investment bank, from February 2015 to July 2015. From 2012 to 2015, she served as an executive director at Hina Group, an investment bank focused on advising leading companies in the technology, media and telecommunications industries in fund-raising activities. Ms. Lu’s extensive corporate finance and investment experience makes her an important contributor to the Company and Board of Directors. She received her MBA from Fudan University in 2010 and her bachelor’s degree in English from Hunan Normal University in 2004.
