Peng Ou

Mr. Peng Ou is Sunland’s Founder and has served as the Chairman of its Board of Directors since August 2003. Mr. Ou is the key architect of Sunland’s success and has led it to achieve a number of milestones and transformations, including the transition of its business from an offline to an online education model. Mr. Ou’s extensive knowledge and expertise in China’s education industry and his experience in managing Sunlands since its inception makes him a valuable member of the Company’s management and Board of Directors. Mr. Ou received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Renmin University in 2000.
