Randy Z.

Randy Z. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Currently, they hold the position of CEO and Board Director at Sunless, Inc., a leading company in the sunless tanning equipment industry. Prior to this, Randy held various board roles, including being an Independent Board Director and serving on advisory boards for several companies.

In 2014, Randy served as the CEO, President, and Board Director of Urban Therapy LLC, where they successfully led the turnaround of the company. Before that, they held the same positions at DRM Holdings, where they repositioned the company into a global healthy/natural hair platform.

Randy also has experience in senior leadership positions at renowned companies such as Reynolds Consumer Products Inc., where they served as the Interim President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). During their tenure, they facilitated the sale of the company and implemented various strategies to improve profitability.

Additionally, Randy has worked at Birds Eye Foods, Sara Lee, International Home Foods, and Nabisco in various marketing, innovation, and business development roles. Throughout their career, Randy has demonstrated skills in areas such as private equity, restructuring, turnarounds, M&A, revenue and profit acceleration, and strategic vision.

Randy Z. has an educational background in business administration, economics, and science and mathematics. Randy holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Duke University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. Randy Z. also attended The Bronx High School of Science, where they focused on Science and Mathematics.
