Sunlight Children's Services

Sunlight Children’s Services, formerly SCARF, operates as an umbrella organization with two distinct programs to help children mend their shattered sense of security: The Sunlight Child Advocacy Center (El Dorado), founded in 2007 and The Sunlight Children’s Home (Andover), founded in 2014.
