Our founders, Kevin J. Giddins, and Lita Little Giddins (MSW/LCSW), lead with a principle-based approach, integrating their expertise in leadership training, cultural transformation, and coaching. Our talented team of consultants, with decades of combined experience in leadership development, education, social work, and organizational strategy, equip organizations with the skills needed to build inclusive, high-performing cultures.
