Jay Tian（田培）

Jay Tian (田培) has held various positions in the renewable energy industry since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Sales Engineer (Foreign Market and Domestic Market) for Baoding Fengfan Solar Energy Co., Ltd. In 2014, they became a Sales Manager at Beijing HNSD Mechanical & Electrical Technology Com., Ltd. In 2015, they were a Key Account Manager at Dalian Shinergy Sci.& Tech. Dvpt. Co., Ltd., responsible for turbine converter retrofit projects for customers such as Datang New Energy, Shenhua Guohua, and Huaneng New Energy. In 2017, they were a Key Account Manager at TÜV SÜD, responsible for Solar plant and wind farm thirty party quality control and power equipment manufacturing surveillance. In 2018, they became a Renewable Projects Development Manager at CFV Energy Group, where they developed Renewable Energy Projects with local partners, dealt with government relations, solved Renewable Energy basic technology problems, and collected local new energy government policies. In 2020, they began their current role as Senior Sales Manager at Sunman Energy Co., Ltd.

Jay Tian attended Hebei Finance University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned an Associate Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
