Jason Wolf

Jason Wolf is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of compliance and litigation. Currently, Jason serves as the Senior Vice President of Legal & Compliance at AirLife since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jason was with Vyaire Medical from October 2016 to October 2023, holding various positions including Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Assistant General Counsel, Senior Counsel for Litigation and Commercial matters, and Consulting Attorney. Prior legal experience includes positions at prominent law firms such as Jones Day, Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, and Hennigan, Bennett & Dorman LLP, as well as King & Spalding LLP and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, ranging from August 2008 to July 2008 in private practice. Jason holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The George Washington University.
