Laura Hawk is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the biomedical and medical device fields. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at AirLife since March 2021, Laura oversees MDR remediation projects and ensures compliance with various regulations and standards. Previous roles include R&D Engineer and R&D Trainee at Vyaire Medical, where substantial contributions to product development were made. Laura has also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at The University of Iowa and held positions at Verizon Wireless, CareFusion, GE, and Aalto University. Laura holds a Master of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa.
