They held the position of Director of New Product Development at SunMed from 2019 to 2021 and currently serve as the Director of Strategic Operations at AirLife. Their career also includes roles as Director of Engineering at Dempsey Ventures and Principal Engineer at Aspen Surgical. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Michigan University in 2001.
