Shawn O'Farrell

Shawn O'Farrell is a seasoned professional in the field of automation and manufacturing engineering with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Automation Program Manager at AirLife, Shawn oversees major automation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs. As the owner of Three Birches Automation and Consulting LLC, Shawn provides consulting and training in industrial automation and lean manufacturing. Previously, Shawn held multiple positions at DISHER, including Automation Subject Matter Expert and Area Lead, where expertise in project execution and team leadership was demonstrated. Shawn's background also includes significant experience as a Manufacturing Manager at Summit Polymers, focusing on vehicle interior launches and manufacturing processes, as well as early career experience as a Co-op Engineer at TRW Automotive. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University.
