Matt Ryan

Matt Ryan has extensive experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing support at Sunnen Products Company, where employment began in May 1999. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement, Matt oversees manufacturing engineering for tooling, machine, and gage value streams while supervising machine maintenance. Previously held roles include Manager of Manufacturing Support and Value Stream Supervisor, managing a team of 27-42 direct reports and overseeing multiple capital expenditure projects from concept to implementation. Matt's career began at Sunnen Products Company as a Manufacturing Engineer, and academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
