Daryne Shay Patrick

Daryne Shay Patrick (Foote) has diverse experience in media planning, corporate finance, and law, beginning with a role as a Media Planner/Buyer at Martin Retail Group, where responsibilities included executing media buys and presenting market strategies for major automotive clients. Daryne also served as a research contact for the agency, interpreting data for targeted media strategies. Education includes a JD-MBA from Northwestern University, where Daryne graduated magna cum laude and with distinction, and an Advertising background from the University of Alabama. Subsequent roles included various positions at Vinson & Elkins, focusing on corporate finance and securities law, as well as social media management and retail sales early in Daryne's career. Currently, Daryne holds the position of Senior Counsel at Sunoco LP.
