Jack Dougherty is currently serving as Counsel at Sunoco LP, where they leverage their expertise in corporate law. Previously, Jack held positions as a Corporate Associate at Locke Lord LLP and Troutman Pepper Locke LLP, focusing on M&A transactions. Before that, Jack practiced at Kirkland & Ellis, following their time as a Summer Associate. Jack earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Chicago Law School and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from Texas Christian University.
