Kiran's earlier roles include Associate Vice President of Retail IT at Puma Energy, where operational efficiency was enhanced through the implementation of retail point of sale solutions across Africa and Latin America, and Associate Vice President of IT at Zuno General Insurance, focusing on the implementation of an e-commerce solution and SAP for policy administration.
