Kyle Oppliger

Kyle Oppliger currently serves as the Vice President of Terminal Operations at Sunoco LP since May 2024. Previously, Kyle held various leadership roles at NuStar Energy L.P., including Vice President of Terminal Operations, Project Development, and Supply & Trading, while also managing operations for the Gulf region over a span of 18 years. Prior experience includes positions at Valero Energy Corporation, where Kyle managed refinery terminal and pipeline operations, as well as roles in planning, economics, and quality control. Kyle began a career in the analytical field with positions at Phibro LLC and Trinity Analytical Laboratories. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Sam Houston State University and an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
