Troy Richter

Troy Richter is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the retail sector and significant expertise in operational support and standards. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Support at Sunoco LP since November 2025, Troy has held various leadership roles at Parkland Corporation from June 2015 to November 2025, including Director NA - Operational Support and Standards, Director of Retail Revenue Management, and Director of Retail Operations in Ontario. Prior to this, Troy accumulated over two decades of experience at Pioneer Energy LP, where roles included Director of Retail Operations and Director of Retail Systems & Controls. Troy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors in Business Administration and Management from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne.
