HR Manager at Sunoko

Una Blažević has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Sunoko since September 2019, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison with the CEO and Board of Directors, establishing the HR Department, and managing performance processes for 450 employees. Prior to this role, Una worked at Delhaize Serbia from September 2017 to September 2019 as a Selection and Recruitment Associate, successfully hiring over 2000 employees in 2018 and conducting more than 1000 interviews. Una's earlier experiences include an internship as an HR Business Partner at Delhaize and an HR Assistant internship at H.art Development Center. Una holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Belgrade and further education from the Belgrade Open School.
