Donna Linde

Donna Linde has extensive work experience in project management, program management, and leadership roles. Donna currently serves as the Project Management Director, CPG at SunOpta since June 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Genesis10 as a Senior IT Project Manager for Prime Therapeutics from July 2017 to June 2018.

From 2012 to 2017, Donna held multiple roles at Oracle, including Director of Program and Release Management, Senior Program and Release Manager, and Senior Software Manager for Build Team. Donna managed on-shore and off-shore teams, conducted associate reviews, and implemented performance improvement plans. Donna also served as the release manager for large-scale enterprise releases. Donna joined Oracle in 2005 and reduced product installation time by developing and implementing product installers.

Before joining Oracle, Donna worked at Retek as a Software Manager from 1998 to 2005. In this role, they managed multiple databases and ensured their availability, reliability, and integration with the latest patchset.

Donna started their career at Hennepin Faculty Associates in 1994 as a Programmer Analyst and later moved to Brookville Analytic Investment Corp., where they developed proprietary commodity trading systems and conducted research on trading systems and international markets. Donna also worked at Moore Capital Management as a Programmer Analyst, focusing on the research and development of technical trading systems for commodity and futures markets.

Donna Linde, PMP, CSM received their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1990. Donna has also obtained additional certifications including Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in March 2018, and Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, to be obtained in 2023. Additionally, Donna holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
