Roger Baele

Roger Baele is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice-President of EPC Project Execution at Sunraycer, Roger has previously held prominent positions including Senior Vice-President - EPC at Silicon Ranch Corporation and Sr. Vice-President of Project Operations at Ecoplexus Inc. Notable roles also include Senior Vice President of Engineering/Procurement/Contracts at Strata Solar, LLC, and Vice President - Engineering at M+W Group / Gerlicher Solar. Roger holds a Master’s in International Business Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Economics from Purdue University.
