Conner Tracy

Conner Tracy currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Nouri since May 2023, where operational strategies are developed and implemented in alignment with business objectives, while also focusing on enhancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Concurrently, Conner serves as an Associate in Risk Advisory and Compliance at Moss Adams since June 2022 and previously worked as an IT Compliance Intern. At Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business from January 2020 to June 2022, Conner held the role of Operations Sr. Manager, achieving a 95% customer satisfaction score through improved workflows and onboarding over 20 new hires.
