Amy Heart

Amy Heart is a seasoned public policy leader with extensive experience in renewable energy and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President of Public Policy at Sunrun, Amy has been instrumental in expanding access to home solar and storage solutions across the United States since December 2014. Previously, Amy held various roles within the company, including Senior Director and Director of Public Policy. Prior to joining Sunrun, Amy managed the Milwaukee Shines solar program and worked with the Midwest Renewable Energy Association to promote renewable energy education. Additionally, Amy served as Alderperson for the City of Stevens Point and gained early career experience as a broadcast and print journalist. Amy holds a Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
