Senior Customer Experience Manager

Benjamin Krouse has extensive experience in customer experience management and operations within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Sunrun since September 2015, Benjamin has held various roles including Branch Pipeline Manager, Branch Operations Manager, and Installation Coordinator. Prior to joining Sunrun, Benjamin worked at EBI Consulting from April 2012 to September 2015, where responsibilities included AM Coordinator & RF Technician and Production Assistant. Benjamin earned a BS Degree in Biological Sciences from Emmanuel College in Boston, having previously attended the University of New England from 2007 to 2008.
