Jess Forgey

Jess Forgey is a dynamic leader with 8 years of experience in designing and executing customer-centric strategies that enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives, Jess oversees strategic initiatives and technology solutions while implementing innovative products and change management efforts. Previously, Jess held various roles at Sunrun, where notable achievements included generating significant cost savings and revenue growth through operational improvements and strategic project management. Jess also has experience in support services and program coordination from their time at Seattle's Union Gospel Mission and has engaged with at-risk teens as a motivational speaker. Jess holds a degree in Reconciliation Development and Sociology from Seattle Pacific University.
