Kimberly McLaughlin

Kimberly McLaughlin is a Senior Implementation Manager at Sunrun, responsible for managing over 50 megawatts of solar installations quarterly across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, while overseeing a strategic partnership generating over $100 million in revenue. With extensive experience in project management, Kimberly has developed cross-functional relationships, enhanced partner and customer experiences, and secured significant state incentives through innovative processes. Previous roles include Regional Construction Manager, where management of over 100 subcontractors and development of the Preferred Partner Network were key accomplishments, and Project Manager at Code Green Solar LLC, where Kimberly implemented process improvements and led a team. Kimberly holds a Project Management Certificate from Louisiana State University and a double major in Political Science and History with a minor in Environmental Policy from Cabrini University.
