Kristie Siebert, PMP, has demonstrated extensive leadership and project management expertise at Sunrun since December 2017, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Quality & NPS where leadership includes overseeing a 40+ person quality department and implementing standardized project management practices. Prior roles at Sunrun include Sr. Manager of CX Strategy, where a new survey platform was successfully migrated with significant cost savings, and Sr. Project Manager, credited with enhancing project management for over 400 staff through the rollout of Adobe Workfront. Previous experience also encompasses roles as Order Manager at Sunrun and Store Manager at The Sky's the Limit, along with a brief stint as a Substitute Teacher. Kristie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
