Merle Malakoff

Merle Malakoff has extensive experience in the affordable housing and renewable energy sectors, currently serving as Sales Manager for Multifamily at Sunrun since July 2019. Prior to this role, Malakoff held the position of VP of Business Development at Everyday Energy Co. for a brief period, focusing on solar power systems for affordable housing in California. From May 2005 to April 2019, Malakoff worked as Director at Citi Community Capital, where responsibilities included securing debt financing for affordable housing. Earlier in the career, Malakoff was involved with Mercy Housing California from March 1990 to April 2005, progressing from Project Manager to Housing Development Director, managing comprehensive aspects of affordable housing development projects.
