Serena Bruce has extensive experience in renewable energy and training, including roles at Sunrun as a Sr. Training Analyst and in various management positions focusing on field safety, quality, efficiency, and training from September 2021 to March 2022. Prior experience includes multiple positions at GRID Alternatives from September 2013 to December 2014, such as Construction Assistant, Solar Installation Supervisor, and Project Manager. Additionally, Serena worked as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company for one year. Serena is currently pursuing an Advanced Photovoltaic Design degree from Solar Energy International and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
