Sherry Aquila

Sherry Aquila is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of People Business Partners and Talent Management at Sunrun since September 2021, Sherry has held multiple leadership roles within the organization. Prior positions include Head Human Resources Business Partner at Farmers Insurance, where a team of HR Business Partners was managed, and Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Bank of the West, providing strategic HR support for several key business groups. Sherry's career also includes senior roles at Bank of America and Morgan Stanley, where significant contributions were made to the management of large employee populations and overall HR strategy. Academic credentials include a BA in Psychology from New York University and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
