Tom Madar is an experienced technology operations leader with a robust background in network engineering and IT operations. Currently serving as the Director of Technology Operations at Sunrun, Tom oversees several operational teams and manages a variety of technologies, including Cisco Meraki and VMware Workspace One. Prior to this role, Tom held key positions such as Senior Network Manager at the Army National Guard and Juniper Networks, as well as Senior Manager Network Engineering at Cisco, delivering critical networking solutions to major clients like Facebook and Google. Tom's early career included technical support roles at Applied Materials. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Michigan Technological University, Tom combines extensive technical knowledge with effective leadership skills.
