Tyler Anderson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service, risk management, and operational leadership within the solar and smart home industries. Currently serving as the Director of CX Solutions & Field Service Support at Sunrun since November 2020, Tyler oversees the management of solar facility diagnostics and related claims. Previous roles at Sunrun include Director of Property Escalations, where Tyler implemented processes for managing property damage claims, and Sr. Manager of Consumer Compliance, responsible for high-risk consumer complaints. Prior to Sunrun, Tyler held various senior management positions at Vivint Solar and Vivint Smart Home, developing expertise in customer service and fleet performance. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Utah Valley University.
