Every tabletop gamer knows the feeling: the group chat goes quiet, scheduling conflicts pile up, and another campaign dies before it even begins. Usually, it's because the Game Master is completely burned out.

Sunrunner Studios was founded to cure the "Forever DM" curse.

We aren't a massive corporate entity, and our flagship project, The Weaver, wasn't brainstormed in a boardroom. It was born out of necessity. After staring at our own graveyard of cancelled sessions, I decided to start building the tool we desperately needed: an automated, always-ready Game Master designed for story-driven, theater-of-the-mind adventures.

What We're Building: The Weaver
The Weaver is an intelligent engine that takes on the heavy lifting of running a pen and paper, tabletop RPG. Whether you’re a solo adventurer, a Forever DM desperate to finally play a character, or a group of friends just trying to get together and roll some dice again—your campaign starts right now.

Zero-Prep Play: Step out from behind the screen. The Weaver handles the pacing, the twists, and the encounters so you can just play.

Persistent Memory & Lore: Forget basic text generators that lose the plot after five minutes. We are building robust, zero-fluff architecture that tracks your world’s lore, NPCs, and inventory. If you cross a corporate enforcer or spare a goblin in session one, expect them to remember you in session ten.

Infinite Adaptability: From high-fantasy realms to gritty cyberpunk sprawls, the engine seamlessly adapts to the world and rulesets you want to run.

We believe the best gaming tools are built by the people who actually play the games. Our goal isn't to replace the magic of a highly skilled, human DM, but to keep the dice rolling when life gets in the way.

The tavern is opening. Grab a seat.
