In 2011, the company began its focus on “IT enabled solutions” to support the Talent Acquisition. Given the quantum of HR process-related data handled by every company these days, IT-enablement is inevitable to have meaningful utilization of their manpower resources and managerial time. Similarly, the necessity to evolve cost-competitive sourcing approach and the need to reach-out to the potential candidates in semi-urban / rural areas in India is of paramount importance.
