Yiting Ong, IHRP-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Total Rewards and Manager of People Services for EDP Renewables APAC since September 2023. Prior to this role, Yiting worked at Reckitt from March 2021 to September 2023, initially as the Assistant HR Operations Manager and previously as an HR Advisor, effectively managing HR operations and payroll for 350 employees. Yiting's experience also includes serving as a Senior HR Executive at Kantar from April 2019 to March 2021 and as a Senior Executive and Executive at Nanyang Technological University between March 2016 and April 2019. Yiting holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2015, and studied at Ngee Ann Polytechnic from 2010 to 2013.
