Tony Lima

Tony Lima is the current CEO & executive director at SunServe, and previously served as the managing director at SL7 Consulting and the executive director at SAVE.

Lima has been an advocate for equal rights for persons of all sexual orientations and gender identities since 1993. Through grassroots action, community outreach, and candidate endorsements, Lima has worked to promote local, state, and federal policy change by building community consensus and educating others about LGBT issues.

Under Lima's leadership, SunServe provides vital programs and services to the LGBTQ+ community in South Florida. With a focus on mental health, housing, and youth development, SunServe strives to create a safe and inclusive environment for all.

Tony Lima completed their coursework for an Integrated Communications degree at Florida International University. Tony then went on to earn their Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from Florida State University.

Tony Lima works with Mario DePedro - Program Director of Youth & Family Services, Miguel Fernandez - Associate Clinical Director, Adult Mental Health Program, and Lisa Peters - Director, Noble A. McArtor Senior Center & Seniors Services. Tony Lima reports to Tori Bertran, Managing Director.
