Manage day-to-day requirements of tasting room - including staffing , staff training, wine education, menu planning and food orders, wine sales, retail display and sales, and most importantly - making our guests feel welcome and  appreciated by providing them the best possible experience - to accompany some of the best Virginia wines available.

In addition, Alex is the Artist in Residence at the winery.  The winery gallery features Alex's original watercolors and limited edition prints, and will soon offer art classes at the winery - with accompanying glass of wine!
