Crystal Osejo has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Crystal currently holds the position of SVP Operations - Production Services at Sunset Studios since 2022. Prior to this, Crystal worked at Henkel where they held multiple positions including Head Of Supply Chain - NA Consumer Beauty and Head Of Supply Chain - US Professional Beauty. Crystal also served as the Director of Planning at Henkel.

Crystal also gained valuable experience at Coty, where they worked as a Director, Demand planning & S&OP, Director, Customer Service Operations, and Demand Planning Department Senior Manager. During their time at Coty, Crystal led and developed a team of 40 members while successfully overseeing the relocation and transition of the COTY Professional Beauty distribution center. Crystal also played a crucial role in driving customer service digital and eCommerce vision and developing order weekly forecast profiles.

Crystal served as a Senior Manager Business Planning & Strategy, Customization Program Manager, Target Team Household Needs Account Supply Manager, and Target Team Fabric and Home Care Account Supply Manager. Crystal's responsibilities at Procter & Gamble included developing and implementing regional business strategies, managing SKU portfolio productivity, optimizing non-productive inventory, and overseeing promotional initiatives.

Crystal started their career at HuliHealth as an Operations / Marketing Strategy Analyst, where they focused on customer acquisition and supported the web development team.

Additionally, Crystal interned at Procter & Gamble in different capacities, including Wal-Mart Global Customer Team Supply Network Operations Intern, Supply Network Operations Summer Intern, and Customer Service and Logistics Summer Intern. In these roles, they gained valuable experience in various aspects of supply chain operations and logistics.
