Randy DeWitt

Randy DeWitt is the Assistant Director of Public Works for Water and Wastewater at the City of Manhattan, a position they have held since 2013. Prior to this role, they served as Public Works Supervisor for the City of Phillipsburg from 2012 to 2013 and worked as a Project Engineer at Landplan Engineering, P.A. from 2003 to 2012. Randy earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas in 2003 and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration in City/County Management at The University of Kansas.
