Corrina Kumpe

Corrina is SunShare’s Chief Operating Officer, and leads all development, legal, and legislative affairs for SunShare. She is an experienced legal professional, whose work has focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private placement of securities, and general corporate work. During her career, she has worked with Fortune 100 companies on complex transactions, including structured finance, asset-backed securitization, and acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to her legal career, Corrina worked at the Pentagon, with legislators, and in consumer affairs with the Attorney General’s office. Corrina has a BA in Political Science from Gonzaga University, and a JD from the University of Denver College of Law.
