Mike Palen

Mike Palen is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in the clean energy and wellness sectors. Currently serving as a Solar Energy Consultant at Olson Solar Energy since February 2020, Mike also holds the position of Sales Manager at SunShare, where the focus is on facilitating community solar farm participation for cost savings. In addition, Mike works as a Clean Energy Consultant for CREW, assisting homeowners and businesses with energy reduction, renewable energy production, and energy storage solutions. Previous roles include Freedom Advisor at Thrive Tribe, Chief Wellness Officer at Pura Vida Wellness, and Game Improvement Ninja at Bend Oregon Golf Academy, where Mike contributed to enhancing athletes' skills. Earlier experiences also include instructing golf at Sunriver Resort and serving as a tour academy instructor at Pronghorn Golf. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and has foundational education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
